      Seiho Takeuchi (1864-1942 )

                 Japanese famous artist. He was born in Kyoto in 1864.
                 His real name was Tsunekichi.
                 He studied painting with Eirin Tsuchida and Bairei Kouno.
                 He was the most important person of a Japanese painting.
                 He received a Bunka decoration from the government.
