                Roan Ozawa (1723-1801)

                            a 31-syllable Japanese poet and a Japanese classical scholar.
                            He was born in Osaka in 1723.
                            He studied a 31-syllable Japanese poem with Tamemura Reizei.
                            He advocated (reverence for the Emperor) argument.
                            He died in 1801 at the age of 78.
